Where are my items made?
All our items are made in the USA and are distributed via the USA and Europe.
How can I pay?
We accept credit card payments (Visa & MasterCard) and PayPal.
Please make sure you check the sizing chart for each product. We can’t offer refunds for items that don’t fit.
When will my order be shipped?
It’s coming, it’s coming, it’s coming! We make to order and we’ll process your order within 3-5 days. We will try to ship it on the same or the next day. We have a variety of shipping options for you to choose from depending how quickly you want your item.
Do you ship worldwide?
We want to make ALL the cat lovers in the world happy, therefore we do ship worldwide. If you are an International customer additional tax and/or duty may apply. Please check with your local authorities.
At this time we don’t ship orders to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!
We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Can I track my order?
We do offer tracking on some of our shipping options and we recommend you opt for tracking so you can monitor the progress of your package.
How often is the product selection updated?

Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, that’s completely optional. You can choose to checkout as a guest if you want.
How can I return my order?
You and your furry friends are important to us and our goal is to keep you purring.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. All products must be returned to us unused/unworn and in their original packaging. Please see our returns page for full details. All returns must be authorized.
